A: Yes, but please purchase one certificate at a time if buying for multiple people. Each certificate is unique and linked to a single enrolment.
Q: How long is the gift certificate valid?
A: Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Q: Is the enrolment transferable?
A: No, enrolments are not transferable once the course is activated.
Q: What information is included in the certificate?
A: The certificate contains the activation details. It can be printed and/or forwarded to the recipient.
Q. When does the 12 months of course support begin?
A: The 12 months of course support does not begin until the recipient activates their course.
Q. Will the recipient receive login details straight away?
A: No, login details and course access will only be provided when the recipient activates their course, using the details provided on the gift certificate.
