He is 80KG dry and has been instrumental in our techniques we have developed and teach though the Mentor Program, Sydney Skipper Course and Man Overboard Masterclass.

Bob has ensured hundred of people every year now understand the benefits of wearing lifejackets and training their crews.

Roger is the Mediterranean sailing specialist. Specifically the International Certificate of Competence (I.C.C.) assessments. Roger has sailed and owned boats his entire life.

Whilst helping Mentor a team we prepared for the 2016 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race, Roger realised at 38feet long this was going to be the biggest boat he had been to Hobart in over the last 25 years of racing!

Roger's sailed his Beneteau 47.7 around the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Caribbean and Pacific Ocean on her way back to her home in Pittwater. If you do have your I.C.C. with Roger, bring a pen as he will certainly have some great tips for anywhere you are going in the Med!
Mike Selbie
Skipper Mentor & Online Training
Mike has owned boats for most of his life and is an highly conciencous and competent Skipper.  He brings a blend of old school seamanship and cutting edge technology to every boat he sails on.

Mike now looks after the online course development and offshore Mentoring. At the start of Hamilton Island Race Week 2017 he was celebrating his 10th trip between Sydney and Hamilton Island in just 4 years!
